We spoke to Simon about his role as a Relationship Manager to find out more about how our team work with our clients.

“20 years' experience working in invoice finance has given me the ability to act as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to both new and seasoned invoice finance users. The key is being able to truly understand what our clients want to achieve, their needs and business plans. Getting to know a business like this enables us to support in the best way possible for each individual client.

“My role involves collaborating with all sales and operational teams, but my day-to-day task are supported by the Assistant Relationship Management team. Outside of Optimum, Simon is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys spending time with his fiancé and young son.
