I have worked in the Invoice Finance Industry for 22 years.

Starting as a Credit Controller, I have worked my way through many roles such Relationship Manager, Auditor and Head of Department before starting my role here as Head of Operations in 2018.   I like to live my life in the most efficient and organised way so I landed my dream job!

I thoroughly enjoy my role as I get to work alongside an amazing bunch of people who show such empathy and respect to each other and our clients.  I love the Simon Sinek quote “Leadership is not about being in charge, it’s about taking care of those in your charge” and I strive every day to work by that quote.

My spare time is mostly spent on family holidays or planning the next trip whether that be somewhere sunny, a weekend in our Caravan, skiing or Glastonbury.  These days it’s finding a trip where we can take our beloved dog Chewie.

Fun fact about me - Our dog is like one of the kids, I cook him home made meals.  The kids joke he gets fed better than they do.
