I’ve worked in tech my whole career in roles spanning start-ups and blue-chip companies. I’m excited to build upon the existing Optimum technology stack, continuing the evolution of our customer and partner experiences.

The thing that excites me most at Optimum is the team; their knowledge, expertise and passion for the customer experience is inspiring. This passion will be the guiding light of our technology planning processes as we build out the future state roadmap.

The best thing about my role is solving problems. It goes with the tech territory I guess but I can’t get enough of it. I see my role at Optimum as very much focused on using technology to support the business in achieving its goals.

Outside of work I'm a keen cyclist and runner. I’m very lucky living in the Highlands in that I can turn left or right out of my door and run into the hills.
